Software Engineer

Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Phased n Research is seeking three talented Software Engineers / Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Engineers to support our growing Radar M&S Army programs. We are hiring across entry, mid, and senior-level roles. These engineers will contribute to mission-critical radar modeling, simulation development, and advanced software engineering tasks supporting U.S. Army customers.

• Develop, test, and maintain software for radar modeling and simulation applications.

• Implement solutions in C++ and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

• Support integration, performance testing, and validation of M&S systems.

• Contribute to software builds, version control, and containerization workflows where applicable.

• Assist in documentation, requirements development, and technical reporting.

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, etc.).

• Proficiency in C++, BASH, and Make.

Experience in any of the following is preferred but not required:

• CMake, Python, and MATLAB

• Docker or Podman

• CUDA, UDP/TCP over IP, or RDMA

• General Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience
