RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up and close

• Contact leads generated by marketing companies

• Confirm consult appointments and provide follow-up communications

• Conduct consults while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants

• Maintain acceptable level of personal production

• Maintain a clean an orderly office and red light therapy room

• Follow up with existing clients on a daily basis to track progress with program

• Assist existing clients with any questions

• Maintain a positive work environment

• Easily can communicate with owners and clients

• Treat everyone with respect

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Owners and General Manager with new package and membership sales. The Sales Associate with conduct all initial consults, measurements, before/after photos, and sales closes. The position also assists with the retention of existing members and sanitizing the red light therapy equipment and vibration platform after each use. Maintain a positive environment with management and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales numbers each week/month

• Ability to learn and use new software systems

• Ability to bend, stand, and sit throughout the workday

• Knowledge of and experience in health and wellness services is desired

• Knowledge of and experience in weight loss and/or body contouring is preferred, but not required

• Passion for the industry is a MUST

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
