Greeley Armed Security Guard

Sparky's Consulting & Tactics, LLC is currently hiring full-time security guards in the Greeley & Surrounding Areas.

We generally require that all guards obtain a Denver & Greely Security Guard License, and the firearm endorsement, and MED Badge, although not all positions require to be armed or in the city and county of Denver. Special occasions can be discussed on a case by case basis. Candidates must be current residents of Colorado.

Description: To guard and patrol client property in order to prevent unlawful activity and violence. Will be done in a manner that is friendly, non-abrasive and professional.

Requirements: Must be 21 years of age for armed. Must be a Colorado resident. Must possess your own semi-automatic pistol if working in armed locations. Active Greeley guard card.

Qualifications: At least one year of security or military experience.

Primary Role: Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of dangerous persons. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using the use of force curriculum when necessary.

Location and Hours: Greeley (Colorado)

Our shifts run days a year. We encourage our guards to be flexible when coming on board with their schedules. Attendance is a zero-tolerance policy that is strictly enforced.

Required license or certification:

• Colorado Driver's License
• Greeley Secuirty Guard license
• Denver Security Guard license (We will guide you in the right direction to obtain)
• Denver armed endorsement
• Colorado Concealed carry permit (not required but helpful for client specific need)
