About the role
We are growing our sales team in DACH
You will be responsible for building and expanding our footprint in the German market by driving the co-sell motion with Microsoft across the entire Azure portfolio – from Data & AI to Cloud.
You see yourself as a trusted digital advisor with a strong growth mindset and hunter mentality. You're passionate about identifying business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and shaping data-driven transformation strategies – while also being hands-on in the execution, including cold outreach.
Your Responsibilities
- New Business Generation: Build and expand our customer base in Germany. Actively engage in cold calling, lead generation, and co-selling initiatives with Microsoft sellers
- Co-Sell with Microsoft: Drive joint go-to-market activities with Microsoft, leveraging the co-sell motion to unlock cloud opportunities and accelerate customer success
- Customer Engagement: Position yourself as a digital consultant – guide clients through their data & AI journey, propose data strategies, data platforms, and custom cloud-based solutions tailored to their needs
- Sales Execution: Lead consultative selling across solution areas, acting as a thought leader to connect technology to business value. Identify and remove blockers to cloud adoption by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Sales Orchestration: Own the end-to-end sales process and collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop tailored proposals and close deals effectively
- Territory Planning & Forecasting: Develop a go-to-market strategy for Germany, including pipeline forecasting and portfolio planning aligned with key strategic priorities
