You'll be the central point of communication—supporting technicians, supervisors, and customers by coordinating schedules, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs, priorities, and real-time operational demands
- Monitor technician activity, work logs, and daily progress
- Communicate work orders, updates, and changes between technicians, supervisors, and customers
- Respond to incoming calls and assist with service-related questions or issues
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare daily schedules, work orders, and dispatch reports
- Maintain accurate records including service requests, completed work, inventory, time logs, and expenses
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with scheduling systems, logs, and basic reporting tools
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Previous dispatch, call center, or telecommunications experience is a plus—but not required.
