Primary Function
Ideal candidates will have previous experience with project management.

Primary Duties

• Responsibilities include monitoring the budget, schedule, and quality of projects, supervise and mentor staff, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

Skills include:

• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team including subconsultants
• Experience managing staff with various levels of abilities and experience
• Successful experience in proposal writing to obtain work
• Ability to market projects with various agencies
• Project experience with ADOT, MCDOT, and local municipalities/agencies is desirable.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Candidate must have a BS in Engineering with at least 10 years of management experience on construction projects and is a registered civil engineer in the state of Arizona.
