This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across gaming, game mechanics, and hobbyist communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and assess complex problems and tasks in gaming, including game mechanics, player strategies, and community practices
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and relevance to real-world gaming experiences
• Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets

Ideal Qualifications

• Deep personal or professional experience with games as a hobby or industry, including video games, tabletop games, casino games or related gaming communities
• Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Prior experience in gaming content creation, community engagement, or related fields is a plus
• Location: must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours

Compensation & Contract

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($35–$50/hr). Additional for top performers.
