Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Sparkle – Where Our Voices Shine is a pediatric speech and language clinic committed to helping children build confidence and communication skills. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support our growing client base in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The SLPA will provide direct treatment to a pediatric caseload in a clinic setting. Each clinician is assigned an individual caseload and designated therapy rooms—no caseload sharing. All therapy materials and resources are provided.

Deliver speech-language therapy to assigned pediatric clients

Follow treatment plans as directed by supervising SLP

Complete accurate session notes and documentation

Communicate regularly and professionally with families and team members

Support a positive experience for clients and caregivers

Uphold professional and ethical standards

Active California SLPA license through the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Clear Live Scan background check

TB test completed within the last 30 days

Previous pediatric experience preferred
