Landscape Architect

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in our Doylestown, PA office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Landscape Design Plans as required by municipal ordinances in support of Subdivision and Land Development applications
• Production of high-quality plans using AutoCAD
• Collaboration with engineers, planners, and project managers to support multi-disciplinary project teams
• Coordination with municipal officials and clients
• Assistance with presentations at public meetings when needed
• Assistance in preparing Lighting Plans, Park & Recreation Plans, and HOA Declaration Plats

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape plan preparation for Subdivision and Land Development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Experience with municipal review processes is a plus
• Professional registration or certification (e.g., Landscape Architect License) preferred
• Additional credentials such as PP and/or AICP a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to prepare visualizations and supporting graphics using SketchUp and Photoshop a plus
