Job Overview
Are you passionate about precision and craftsmanship in manufacturing? Join our team as a Machinist and play a key role in producing high-quality components that support our windows and manufacturing systems. In this role, you'll work with advanced equipment to machine parts used in tools, jigs, fixtures, and process equipment. You'll be part of a team that values safety, continuous learning, and attention to detail.

Highlights of your role

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other fabrication equipment to produce precision parts
• Interpret technical drawings and determine machining sequences for optimal results
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery to support production needs

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• A two-year technical degree in machining or equivalent experience
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a machine shop or apprenticeship program
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment selection
• Ability to make accurate measurements and deliver high-quality results

Also want to make sure you have

• Experience with machine design and mechanical assembly
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments and roles
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new techniques

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. OT as required. Some limited weekend project work as business needs require.
