Casa Healthcare is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented
Interior Designer & Procurement Specialist
to lead design and purchasing initiatives across our healthcare facilities. This role blends interior design expertise with strategic procurement, helping shape functional, beautiful, and brand-consistent environments for our residents, guests, and employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the look, feel, and efficiency of a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Branding
- Develop and implement interior design plans, including layouts, finishes, furniture, and color schemes
- Partner with leadership and marketing to ensure brand consistency across all facilities
- Conduct site visits and provide space-planning recommendations to enhance functionality and aesthetics
- Advise on interior, exterior, and landscaping design to maintain a polished, welcoming environment
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Establish and maintain preferred vendor lists and designer accounts with discounted pricing
- Streamline purchasing processes, quotes, and approvals to support operational efficiency
- Assist facilities with procurement of furniture, equipment, décor, and supplies at the best value
Project Oversight
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for all design-related projects
- Coordinate contractors, painters, movers, and maintenance teams to ensure successful execution
- Track and maintain inventory of furniture, fixtures, equipment, samples, and materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in interior design and procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and purchasing platforms
- Strong negotiation, vendor relations, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work onsite from our Skokie, IL office
