RPA developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Blue Prism RPA Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions that automate Oracle EBS business processes while ensuring stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using
  Blue Prism
  for Oracle EBS processes
• Automate end-to-end business workflows across Oracle EBS modules such as
  Finance (AP, AR, GL), SCM, or HRMS
• Build reusable objects, processes, and templates following Blue Prism best practices
• Integrate Blue Prism with Oracle EBS using
  UI automation, APIs, and database interactions
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of RPA solutions
• Support production bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and deployment standards
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with
  3+ years of Blue Prism development
• Strong hands-on experience automating
  Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance/AP/AR/GL preferred)
• Experience with
  Blue Prism Control Room, Object Studio, Process Studio
• Proficiency in
  exception handling, logging, queues, and scheduling
• Strong understanding of
  SQL / Oracle Database concepts
• Experience with
  REST/SOAP APIs
  and system integrations
• Knowledge of
  Windows environments, Excel, and file-based automation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Blue Prism certification (AD01 / AD02)
• Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Exposure to
  CI/CD pipelines
  and DevOps practices for RPA
• Experience working in
  Agile/Scrum
  environments
