Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN-Cath Lab Location: Beloit, WI Department/Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab Shift: 10-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Job Description EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in Beloit, WI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care and will thrive in a dynamic environment where they can make a difference in patients' lives.
Eligibility Requirement: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles away from the facility to be considered for this position. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care during various cardiac procedures including:
- Interventional Radiology (IR) and catheterization lab procedures
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Electrophysiology Catheterization Studies (ECV)
- Tilt Table Tests
- Pacemaker and Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) insertions
- Internal Loop Recorder insertions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, which involves approximately 7+ days of call per month.
- Work within a four-person call team, ensuring adequate coverage and support.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in a cardiac cath lab or similar clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
