Pay BreakdownTraining Pay (First 46 Weeks): $650 per week
Solo Driver Pay After Upgrade: $1,000 to $1,400+ weekly
Mileage Pay (Post-Training): $0.43 to $0.51 CPM (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Equipment: Assigned late-model automatic tractor after solo qualification
Drivers are paid weekly, and most trainees transition to solo status quickly after completing training benchmarks.
Route & Schedule DetailsOTR Schedule: 12-14 days out followed by a 34-hour reset
Freight Type: No-touch dry van freight
Load Types: Drop & hook and live load/unload
Running Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Fort Worth, TX metro region
