Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets and then carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction. We prioritize safety above all else, and all team members are required to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires standing for extended periods, walking the warehouse floor, and performing tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting, typically up to 40 lbs. A good understanding of warehouse layouts and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are beneficial. You will work closely with a team to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
