Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners or manual pick lists to identify and gather items.
- Verify the correctness of picked items and quantities against order requirements.
- Stage picked items in the appropriate area for subsequent processing.
- Maintain an orderly and safe work environment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisory staff.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for the duration of the shift. Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Must be committed to safety and wear all required PPE. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
