Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and support cycle counting activities.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics flow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
