Job Summary:
Join our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse as a Warehouse Associate and play a critical role in our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Ensuring the accuracy of inventory and the timely processing of orders are paramount. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to handle significant lifting and maneuvering of products. Safety is a top priority; you will be trained on and expected to strictly follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring product integrity.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and support cycle counting activities.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics flow.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
