We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
