About
Our Jacksonville, Florida location is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Associate! You will be a critical member of our logistics team, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. Key duties include picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Ensuring a safe working environment is a top priority; adherence to all safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders safely and securely, using appropriate materials.
- Process and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping areas.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety regulations.
- Wear and utilize required PPE correctly.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
