Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Process inventory adjustments accurately.
- Maintain the integrity of inventory data in the WMS.
- Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Train new staff on inventory management best practices.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
