Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate at our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials. This role is fundamental to our Logistics success and requires a commitment to accuracy and speed. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are protected. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming warehouse inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and procedures.
- Properly utilize and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload materials for shipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory for eager learners. A strong understanding and adherence to Safety guidelines is crucial. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift. Must possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential. Clear communication skills. Openness to learning new processes and technologies within Logistics.
