About
We are looking for an Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Boise, Idaho. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanning devices.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity for each order picked.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Report any damaged or incorrect items found during picking.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment within our logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to efficient logistics operations.
