Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process shipments and affix appropriate labels for delivery.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed fulfillment goals in our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent movements.
- Capable of moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Proficiency with scanners and basic computer operations.
- Willingness to wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within the logistics workflow.
