We are actively seeking Warehouse Workers to join our vibrant team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our distribution center, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and preparing shipments. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be a key player in our Logistics chain, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. This position requires individuals who are physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including significant Lifting, and who possess a strong commitment to teamwork and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all warehouse areas.
- Conduct inventory checks as required.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal Safety.
- Perform tasks that involve substantial Lifting of up to 70 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
- Participate in team efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, and significant Lifting.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe and productive work environment.
