Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position is key to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. A strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety is essential. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
  • Verify order accuracy and prepare items for shipping.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, noting any discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with manual tasks, including the Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capacity for bending, stooping, and occasional Lifting of items.
  • Must wear required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
  • Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.
