Job Summary:
Join our busy Distribution Center as an Associate in New York City, New York! This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our supply chain, involving a range of tasks from receiving goods to dispatching orders. You'll handle inventory, pick and pack items, and ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments. A strong emphasis on Safety and efficiency is crucial in our high-volume environment. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, team-oriented, and possess a keen eye for detail. As part of our Logistics team, you will contribute to delivering products to our customers efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic urban warehouse setting. We expect all associates to maintain high standards of performance and adhere to all company policies.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, as trained.
  • Adhere to all company Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Wear and maintain assigned PPE at all times in designated areas.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of Logistics principles is beneficial.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Must comply with all Safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE .
