The IT, Casualty Insurance Division is seeking new talent to support the delivery of its strategic roadmap. We're looking for application delivery managers who can lead diverse projects central to our technological transformation with precision and agility. You'll play an active role in shaping the future of property and casualty insurance at Desjardins by participating in projects that create value for our members and clients. In this role, you'll oversee application delivery for cross-sector projects, while effectively managing material, time, IT and human resources. You'll analyze project feasibility and relevance, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate teams. You'll make sure infrastructure platforms are available, motivate contributors and ensure the quality of deliverables while respecting established deadlines and budgets. Your expertise will drive team performance and help achieve strategic objectives. More specifically, you will be required to:
Plan activities and deliverables and estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.
Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivery, including external vendors. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.
Coordinate deliverables. Ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Ensure performance and alignment with established priorities.
Analyze risks and impacts and develop strategies to manage infrastructure risks.
Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and strategies for the infrastructure component.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant project management experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience working in an IT and project environment
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Knowledge of infrastructure
Knowledge of Microsoft Project
