In this role, you will Lead frontend development for user interfaces, integrating with backend services for AI features.
Own product features from ideation to deployment: participate in design discussions, architect solutions, implement code, and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable features.
Maintain high standards in code architecture, testing, and system reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in frontend technologies.
Work with PMs, designers, and AI/infra specialists to deliver features that advance our execution OS.
Guide frontend tech choices, including frameworks, design systems, and integrations.
Balance rapid prototyping with building robust, long term solutions.
Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying opportunities to improve user experiences.
Promote a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and AI innovation.
You may be a good fit if you Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience : 3+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
Technical skills:
Expert in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
Product focus:
Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Ownership mindset:
Brings initiative and accountability, pushing projects forward and taking responsibility for outcomes.
Learning-first attitude:
Curious to deepen expertise in fullstack development and broaden exposure to new tools and architectures.
