About
Resolve complex IT issues escalated from the 1st Line Support team. Perform routine system monitoring to ensure ongoing performance and stability. Support the onboarding of new clients, including configuration and deployment of hardware and software. Collaborate with internal teams on larger IT projects and infrastructure improvements. Contribute technical expertise to the design and evolution of client IT environments. Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within an MSP environment. Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS and DHCP Experience supporting and troubleshooting virtual machines Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Certifications (such as MS900 or AZ900) are highly desirable. If you are interested, please apply now.
