Our Houston, Texas warehouse is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Workers to contribute to our busy operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to the efficient functioning of our logistics and distribution processes. From receiving and stocking to picking and packing, your efforts will directly impact our ability to serve our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and verification.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
- Support various logistics functions as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse duties.
