Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Picker in Durham, North Carolina! We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for locating items, confirming quantities, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Emphasis on Safety procedures is paramount. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accurately picking items from shelves based on order tickets. Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Verifying product codes and quantities. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety . Participating in inventory counts as needed. Meeting daily picking quotas and performance standards. Communicating any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly. Ensuring all picked items are handled with care to prevent damage. Following all guidelines for the use of required PPE . Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting and standing for extended periods. This role is key to our Logistics success.
