Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Distribution Center Associate for our facility in San Francisco, California. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You will work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Safety is our number one priority; adherence to all Safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 55 lbs. Join a leading logistics company and be part of a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using scanning technology.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe distribution center environment.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Perform regular Lifting and movement of packages and materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily logistics targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent work ethic and reliability.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Ability to work in a standing/walking role for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Commitment to a Safe and productive work environment.
