Join our bustling warehouse team in San Francisco, California, as a Warehouse Worker. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. You will play a key part in ensuring timely order fulfillment and efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics flow.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
