This vital role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, directly impacting our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing improvements to inventory processes. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems are essential for success. This position is critical for optimizing our logistics operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy. Responsibilities include:
- Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implementing and enforcing inventory control procedures.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any significant variances.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff and management to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhering to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE while performing duties.
- Assisting with tasks that may involve some manual handling or lifting of inventory, up to 30 pounds.
