About
Our Phoenix, Arizona facility is looking for a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all incoming inventory. Key duties include verifying deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and properly documenting all receipts. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of warehouse receiving procedures. You will utilize material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required for forklift operation) to manage goods. Effective communication with suppliers and internal departments is vital. We are committed to a safe working environment; therefore, adherence to all safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE, is required. Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous. The capacity for consistent Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs is expected.
