About
We are looking for a diligent Picker/Packer to join our busy warehouse in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are crucial for our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. A strong focus on Safety and attention to detail is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and protocols, utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including some Lifting.
- Keep up with order volume and meet productivity targets.
- Support the smooth functioning of our Logistics supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics processes is a plus.
