About
We are expanding our San Francisco, California operations and seeking motivated Order Pickers to join our dedicated logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking and retrieving products from warehouse locations according to order specifications, using hand-held scanners or pick sheets, and ensuring product quality. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall productivity of the warehouse. A key aspect of this position is ensuring that picked items are prepared for the next stage of the fulfillment process, which may include staging or moving them to packing stations. Safety is paramount; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. This position requires constant movement, including walking and standing for extended periods, and may involve occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
