Material Handler

We are an international aerospace, defense, and technologies company currently seeking skilled and experienced candidates to fill our Material handler positions in Grove City, OH.

•Receive and unload inbound shipments of warehouse products

•Sort, stage and place products in the appropriate storage areas. 

•Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas.

•Prepare completed pallets of product for shipping, to include stacking, packaging, shrink wrap and labeling, and move product to assigned location

•Accurately load trailers for outbound shipments to meet customer demands

•Verify products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies.

•Perform light assembly of warehouse products per customer specifications.

•Perform all work duties in a safe manner and support and participate in all daily safety activities

•Material Handling Equipment Certified or ability to obtain equipment certification.

•Ability to lift 70 pounds.

•Ability to work in inclement temperatures.

•Ability to constantly walk, bend and lift.

•HS Diploma or GED.

•6 months of experience in a warehouse environment.

•Reach truck and/or Cherry picker experience

•General mathematic skills.

•Problem solving skills are a plus. (diagnosis and resolution)

•Ability to work in a team atmosphere.

•Ability to use RF equipment.

•Ability to learn and use basic computer skills is preferred. 

•Experience in inventory control and putaway replenishment is preferred.

•Ability to work overtime.

•Ability to work in varying temperatures.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: 10/hr
• Term:3+ month contract
• Schedule:Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM,
