Skilled Maintenance Position with a high concentration in HVAC and Refrigeration duties.
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings, offices and other facilities and equipment with concentration in one or more skilled trades (e.g. HVAC, construction, painting, electrical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry) as needed and/or assigned; assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns; and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PERMITS:
Valid Driver's License required.
