About The Big Salad

The Big Salad is an exciting fast casual restaurant that offers gourmet salads, soups, sandwiches and smoothies.

Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience

The Big Salad also offers signature pre-designed salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.
