Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to manage our patient services and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations including answering calls, messages and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will manage intern schedules, process back end paperwork, and organize staff schedules. Your leadership will set the tone for a positive environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, a keen eye for detail and customer service.

Duties

  • Supervise front desk duties to deliver outstanding client services with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond promptly to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues swiftly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere and adhering to company policies involving billing, cancellations, and scheduling.

Experience

  • Proven experience in front desk operations
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Office management skills are preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively handle client conflicts, and foster a supportive work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
