Job Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and leading a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials and components.
  • Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
