Unit Manager

We are seeking a qualified RN Nurse Manager for a full-time role in a skilled care nursing facility.

• Manage a 30-bed skilled unit, overseeing resident care, staff supervision, and scheduling.
• Perform planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, including staff training and family communication.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR and participate in care conferences.
• Must have current RN licensure and at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to work one weekend per month.
