Social Media Content Creator

Melrose Podcasts is seeking a
Social Media Content Creator
to help us grow our digital presence. You'll be responsible for editing short-form video clips from our podcast studio and posting them daily across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who loves podcasts, understands social media trends, and knows how to make content stand out.

Responsibilities

• Edit one engaging clip per day from podcast recordings (30–90 seconds).
• Add captions, graphics, and platform-optimized formatting.
• Post content daily across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Write catchy captions and hashtags to maximize reach.
• Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and viral formats.

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci, Captions, or similar professional tools).
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Understanding of podcast culture and digital storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
• Portfolio of past social media/video work.

Compensation

• Daily Rate:
  $50–$100 per day.
• Expected Workload:
  1–2 hours per day.
