Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while working in a vibrant setting that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. Prior experience in fine dining, food handling, or restaurant operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food industry trends to answer guest inquiries confidently
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly advantageous
• Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations required
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, upselling, and guest relations essential
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing processes necessary
• Prior experience as a host/host or in bussing roles is a plus but not mandatory
