ROLE
Award-winning, Chicago-based, brand experience agency is seeking a full-time Field Services Manager with strong organizational skills, broad team-management experience and an entrepreneurial attitude. This individual will oversee resources and lead cross-functional remote teams. The Field Services Manager will support client programs through efficient planning and execution of field marketing activities across priority markets. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience and the ability to drive results in on and off-premise sampling programs in bars, nightclubs and retail environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee agency field marketing programs, managing day-to-day operations to ensure goals are exceeded
- Lead and coach a remote team of part-time field employees, ensuring optimal productivity, accurate scheduling, accurate reporting and high performance
- Maintain and optimize multiple tracking platforms used to measure and influence field marketing activity
- Foster positive team grown, strong culture and seamless communication between field teams and HQ
- Support recruitment, interviewing and onboarding for both part-time and contract remote field staff; ideal candidates bring an established network of potential part-time hires in key markets
- Contribute to the development and management of a comprehensive training program to ensure consistent high-quality performance across field employees
- Assist in designing and improving operational processes, including inventory management, budget reconciliation, tracking systems and activation reporting
- Manage local and HQ assets/inventory and coordinate shipping of field marketing materials
