Entry Level Sales Representative

Paragon, a dynamic marketing and sales company, is expanding its presence in Portland Focused on fostering client relationships and achieving outstanding results, we are seeking 3-5 motivated and competitive individuals to join our team.

As our newest Sales Representative, you'll embark on an entry-level journey, learning the ropes from the ground up. Engaging in top-notch retail partnerships, we execute our client's sales campaigns to effectively reach the expanding consumer base in a face to face sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with customers in our client's premier retail locations.
• Present current promotions accurately to potential new customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attend team and client meetings.
• Track weekly individual and team sales goals.
• Grow brand awareness locally to generate new leads.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with consumers and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups and colleagues.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability to navigate changing priorities.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including daytime, evening, and/or weekends.
