Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our James family. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating cocktails and a strong understanding of hospitality in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service, innovative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are a team focused restaurant.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending is mandatory
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers effectively while providing top-notch service.
• Knowledge of food service practices and an understanding of health regulations related to alcohol service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• A willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the overall work environment.
