We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to enhance team performance.
- Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
- Maintain inventory levels by overseeing stock management, including ordering and merchandising products.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and increase store visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate with customers effectively, enhancing their engagement with the store.
- Communicate performance expectations clearly and coach for improvement.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and store reporting duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role or similar supervisory position.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers and staff.
- Experience in cash handling procedures and financial management within a retail environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Knowledge of stock management practices and market trends relevant to the retail industry.
- Ability to supervise a team effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration and motivation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- 2+ years of wireless retail or sales management experience.
