We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record in driving business growth. Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Oversee profit & loss statements, analyze financial data, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and fostering client relationships
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term strategic plans
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making
  • Oversee sales activities, set targets, and support the sales team in achieving revenue objectives

Requirements

  • Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading organizational change
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial analysis skills
  • Business development experience with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing revenue streams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory; a proactive approach toward driving growth is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55, $120,000.00 per year
